Telegradia is a directory platform that allows users to discover and list Telegram groups, channels, and bots. Our Service includes:

• Browsing and searching for Telegram groups, channels, and bots
• Listing your own Telegram communities and bots
• Voting and engagement features
• Premium promotion services (paid features)

Telegradia is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger Inc. We are an independent third-party directory service.

To use certain features of our Service, you must authenticate using your Telegram account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

"User Content" refers to any content you submit, post, or display on our Service, including listings, descriptions, images, and FAQs.

4.1 Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your User Content

• Your content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your content must comply with our Community Guidelines
• NSFW content must be properly labeled and is for 18+ only

4.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant Telegradia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

• List groups that contain prohibited content (see Community Guidelines)

6.1 Paid Features

We offer premium promotion services for group owners. These services are optional and available for purchase using cryptocurrency.

6.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via cryptocurrency
• Prices are displayed in USD but paid in cryptocurrency
• All sales are final once the payment is confirmed
• Subscription features begin immediately upon payment confirmation

6.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion for technical issues or service failures on our end.

6.4 Service Termination

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused premium services.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Telegradia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listings
• We are not responsible for the content or actions of groups, channels, or bots listed on our platform
• We do not endorse any listings on our Service
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from use of our Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telegradia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Any other intangible losses

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telegradia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
